  • Edward Primeau - Primeau Forensics

    Ed is the founder and co-owner of Primeau Forensics, located in Rochester Hills, MI. Their mission is to Identify – Clarify – Testify. Ed was born in 1958 in Detroit, MI to Ann, a homemaker, and Edmund Primeau, an architect. He relished growing up in the thriving Detroit Rock City music scene, which he learned about at a young age from his three significantly older siblings. Attracted to the music industry and with dreams of becoming a DJ, Ed attended the University of Detroit where he majored in Communications and minored in Criminal Justice. He began his career as an audio engineer in 1980 at Ambience Recording Studio, also in the Detroit area. At Ambience, Ed worked with a plethora of music legends, including Bob Seger, Anita Baker, Def Leppard, Ted Nugent and Barry Manilow. While employed at Ambience, Ed was asked to conduct an audio forensic examination for the Detroit FBI. That was to be Ed’s first, but far from last, forensics case.

  • Stapleton Security Search and Rescue Canine (SAR)

    Stapleton Security SAR dogs can be a lifesaving tool when deployed correctly. Our committed dogs and their experienced handlers have unrevealed capabilities in select crisis situations. Stapleton SAR teams are highly trained teams utilized in the search for missing people in a variety of different geographical locations and environments. These may include a big city, the wilderness, water, or mass destruction incidents. Many of the Stapleton Security SAR K-9 Handlers are currently or have been part of the FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) Response Unit. Our SAR teams are trained and evaluated in the location of individuals, the recovery of human remains, search for evidence of a crime, and air scent to locate the signature odor specific to the task.  Criminal Investigations/Law Enforcement Supporting Assets  Missing or Abducted Individuals  Search and Rescue Operations – Lost or misplaced people  Natural and Man-Made Catastrophes
